Grana Padano PDO and Prosecco Take Centre Stage in Glasgow

SPOTLIGHT ON ITALY: GRANA PADANO PDO AND PROSECCO PDO ARE TAKING CENTRE STAGE AT RESTAURANT WEEKS IN GLASGOW

With Autumn in full swing, there is no better time to announce the launch of Cheers and Cheese to EU, a full program of culinary events, dedicated to the appreciation of Prosecco PDO and Grana Padano PDO. It is a celebration and marriage of these two European heroes that are renowned for their classic heritage and endless versatility.

To honour the historic popularity of these delicious classics, Cheers and Cheese to EU will be doing a menu takeover at 6 x participating restaurants, for a three week period in November which will feature Grana Padano PDO and Prosecco PDO as the star ingredients. The events will take place across London and Glasgow between Monday 11th – Saturday 30th November.

What can consumers expect?

The tasting menu on offer will be inspired by the bold history of Prosecco PDO and Grana Padano PDO cheese and aim to showcase them in their best light. The diner can expect to be educated in the production and territory, whilst being wowed with unforgettable flavours.

From carefully crafted dishes to Prosecco PDO inspired aperitifs and cocktails, this partnership is designed to enhance the consumer appreciation of Prosecco PDO and Grana Padano PDO.

Reservations can be made via the websites of the participating restaurants, and when you dine, you will be able to select the special edition Cheers and Cheese menu.
