SAM FENDER ANNOUNCES HUGE SUMMER OUTDOOR SCOTTISH DATE

Sam Fender is pleased to share details of three huge UK live shows for the Summer, including a major Edinburgh show as part of Edinburgh Summer Sessions (at Royal Highland Showgrounds) on Friday 22nd August.

Fans are advised to register/pre-order the album for the opportunity to purchase pre-sale tickets, with the registration period open now until Monday 17th February at 10am GMT. Fans who receive their unique codes will be able to enter the pre-sale which commences on Tuesday 18th February at 11am GMT, concluding on Wednesday 19th February at 10am GMT. The Gigs in Scotland and Summer Sessions pre-sales will commence at 10am GMT on Wednesday 19th February via gigsinscotland.com and smmrsessions.com, with all remaining tickets on general sale from Friday 21st February at 10am GMT via gigsinscotland.com

The show follows the imminent release of Sam’s forthcoming third album, People Watching, released 21st February through Polydor Records.

Sam recently shared his new single, Arm’s Length, a song that received a huge reaction from his fans on the sold-out UK/Ireland arena tour in late 2024.

Now solidified as one of Britain’s most accomplished songwriters of his generation and the next, if Seventeen Going Under was Sam’s “coming of age” record, People Watching is his next step forward - colourful stories and observations of everyday characters living their everyday, but often extraordinary, lives.

Sam now gears up for a sold-out tour of Europe in March, ahead of a Spring US tour.

Sam’s trio of shows at Newcastle’s St James’ Park are now sold out, with his biggest headline show to date at London Stadium down to its remaining tickets. £1 from every ticket sold on the Stadium run will be donated to select cultural organisations such as Youth Music and Sunday for Sammy to support the arts in the North East of England.

Last month, Sam was nominated for ‘Artist of the Year’ and ‘Best Alternative/Rock Act’ at the BRIT Awards 2025 on 1st March.
